Prohibited Items Policy

At Shop Minority, we are committed to maintaining a safe, ethical, and community-driven marketplace. To ensure compliance with laws and to foster a positive shopping experience, we strictly prohibit the sale of certain items.
1. Prohibited Items
The following products cannot be sold on Shop Minority:

- Beer, wine, liquor, and any alcoholic beverages
- Tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices
š¹ Firearms & Weapons
- Guns, firearms, and ammunition
- Firearm accessories (e.g., silencers, high-capacity magazines)
- Knives, swords, and other weapons intended for harm
- Explosives, fireworks, and related materials
š¹ Drugs & Controlled Substances
- Illegal drugs and substances
- Prescription medications and drug paraphernalia
- Herbal or synthetic drugs that mimic illegal substances
š¹ Hazardous Materials
- Poisonous or toxic chemicals
- Pesticides and harmful substances not approved for sale
- Batteries or electronics containing restricted materials
š¹ Hate Speech & Discriminatory Items
- Products that promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
- Items with offensive symbols or messaging
š¹ Counterfeit or Stolen Goods
- Fake brand-name products or unauthorized replicas
- Stolen goods or items obtained through illegal means
š¹ Other Restricted Items
- Gambling-related products
- Live animals or animal products from endangered species
- Digital downloads with pirated or unauthorized content
2. Enforcement & Penalties
Vendors found listing prohibited items will face:
ā Immediate removal of the listing
ā Account warnings or suspension
ā Permanent ban for repeated violations
We reserve the right to remove any product that violates our policies or ethical standards.
3. Reporting Violations
If you notice a product that violates our policy, please report it to support@shopminority.com for review.
4. Updates to This Policy
Shop Minority reserves the right to update this policy as needed. Vendors will be notified of any changes.
